The operational governance of the University is conducted by the Senate Board, which comprises: the Rector, the Vice-Rectors, the Scientific Secretary of the University Senate, the Deans of the Faculties, and other members established by Senate decisions.

The following employees also participate in the Senate Board meetings:  the Financial Director, the Managing Director, the President of the Employees’ Union, and the representatives of student organisations legally established within the University – all these members have an advisory vote.

The Senate Board is presided over by the Rector of “Petre Andrei” University, Professor Dr. Doru TOMPEA.
