According to the Regulation on the Organization and Conduct of the Admission Exam, applications can be submitted at the headquarters at Str. Bălușescu no. 2, Iași, at the University of “Petre Andrei” Promotion and Recruitment Centers in Iași, or ONLINE.

For in-person applications to Bachelor’s Programs at the HEADQUARTERS:

Application Deadlines:

• Session I: 26 July 2024

• Session II: 27 September 2024

Required documents for registration:

• High school diploma and transcript in the original (graduates who took the baccalaureate exam in 2022 must submit a certificate issued by the high school, specifying the overall baccalaureate grade, yearly grades, validity term, and that the diploma has not yet been issued; candidates applying to multiple programs or other higher education institutions, where they have already submitted the original documents, may submit notarized copies accompanied by a certificate from the faculty confirming possession of the originals);

• Birth certificate, original and copy;

• Marriage certificate, original and copy (if the name has changed) or other documents certifying a name change;

• Copy of ID card;

• Proof of payment of the application fee (from the university cashier);

• Medical certificate issued by a medical office or family doctor;

• 3 passport/ID-size photos;

• Application form (Annex 1 – insert link);

• Envelope file.

Note: For in-person applications at the headquarters, starting 15 July 2024, the office hours are 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
