📋 Responsibilities of the Vice-Rector for Communication, Community Programs, and Academic Cooperation
The Vice-Rector’s duties are assigned by the Rector and include:
a) Ensuring, with the approval of the Senate and the Rector’s endorsement, cooperation and communication with academic, cultural, and administrative institutions both nationally and internationally
b) Establishing and maintaining, with the agreement of the Rector and the University Senate, cooperative relationships with academic institutions in Romania and abroad
c) Establishing and maintaining, with the agreement of the Rector and the University Senate, community programs tailored to the administrative, social, economic, cultural, and sports sectors
d) Carrying out any other responsibilities delegated by the Rector of the University

📋 Responsibilities of the Vice-Rector for Teaching and Research
The Vice-Rector’s duties are assigned by the Rector and include:
a) Monitoring the implementation of the university’s quality assurance strategy
b) Coordinating scientific research activities and reporting results to the relevant authorities
c) Drafting procedures, methodologies, and other documents regulating university activities, and submitting them for Senate approval
d) Carrying out any other responsibilities delegated by the Rector of the University
